Uploaded event photos are stored only for the duration of the purchased package and deleted permanently after one (1) week if not downloaded.Account-related personal data is stored only as long as required by legal and operational needs.

1.3. Third-Party Data Sharing

MemoVentus does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties unless required by UK law or explicitly agreed upon by the user.Data may be shared with service providers assisting in platform operation, ensuring they comply with strict confidentiality agreements.

1.4. User Responsibilities

Users must not upload sensitive or illegal content.Users acknowledge that MemoVentus is not responsible for any lost data beyond the specified retention period.

1.5. Compliance with UK Regulations

All data processing activities comply with UK GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and Data Protection Act 2018. Users have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their data, in compliance with UK law. Any disputes related to data processing will be handled under UK jurisdiction. 1. Introduction Welcome to MemoVentus! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MemoVentus web-based software ("Service"), operated by KAYRASOFT YAZILIM LTD., a company registered in the United Kingdom. By using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service MemoVentus allows event organizers to collect and manage photos taken at their events. Attendees can upload photos using a provided QR code or link. Once the purchased event package expires, all collected photos will be compressed into an archive file (ZIP) and a download link will be sent to the event organizer’s email. The organizer must download this file within 7 days, after which it will be permanently deleted from our servers.

3. Use of the Service

• MemoVentus is a web-based service and does not require installation.
• Users can access the platform from any smart device with an internet connection.
• The Service is available only via the web; there is no mobile application.

4. Event Packages and Pricing

• Event packages are priced on a daily basis.
• The total fee is calculated based on the number of days selected (e.g., a 3-day event will be charged as [package price] x 3).
• Payment must be made in full before access is granted.

5. Data Storage and Deletion

• All event photos are stored for the duration of the purchased package.
• After the package expires, photos are archived and sent via a download link.
• If the organizer does not download the file within 7 days, it will be permanently deleted, and no claims or refunds will be entertained.

6. User Responsibilities

• Users must not upload any illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission.
• Event organizers are responsible for ensuring attendees have consented to their images being uploaded and shared.
• Users must protect their login credentials and not share access with unauthorized persons.

7. Limitations of Liability

• MemoVentus is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• The Company is not liable for any data loss, security breaches, or system failures.
• Users accept that the responsibility for backing up their data lies with them.

8. Changes to the Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
